Keighley Ladies Train every wednesday night at Marley Sport and Activity Centre from 6pm till 8pm. All league games are played on a Sunday afternoon, where Marley Stadium is the home ground for the Ladies.

During pre-season training, Keighley Ladies do alot of fitness sessions to make sure they are in good condition for the upcoming season. Insted of training at Marley Stadium they sometimes move their training sessions to Greenhead Sports facilities where the 400M track is used for fitness exercises, as well as the grassy area which is used for football specific activities
